How it works
- Heals damaged fruits and sprouts a ring of decoy fruits that distract monkeys.
- The ability ends early when all decoys are gone; remaining decoys disappear when it ends.
- The Gorilla Boss ignores decoys.
- Amount of decoy fruits: Decoy fruits sprouted in a ring.
- Amount of healed fruits: Damaged fruits restored on activation.
- From player level 20 you can equip a second ability in Survival and Boss Rush. Online Co-op always gives each player one ability slot of their own; Versus always uses one ability.
Strategy & tips
- Use Overgrowth when you have damaged fruit: it heals them and sprouts decoys.
- Decoys distract monkeys, but the Gorilla Boss ignores them.
- The ability ends as soon as all decoys are gone.
