How Versus works
In Versus you play 1v1 against another player. Before the match you have 5 seconds to pick two of the three monkey species of the map. Points you score can be spent to send packs of those species to your opponent. The first player without fruit loses.
Stock tiers
- Every 60 seconds a new stock tier unlocks, up to 10 tiers. Each tier sends more monkeys for a higher price.
- Monkeys you receive also get faster with every tier.
- Sending a boss always costs 25 points. Defeating a boss that was sent to you earns 10 points.
Species and bosses per map
Tips
- Male Monkey packs are cheap and big: 5 monkeys for 9 points in the first tier.
- Lily Monkey doubles the speed of other monkeys nearby, which makes it strong combined with a second species.
- Rock Thrower is the most expensive pack (20 points for 1) but hits fruit from the edge of the map.
- Choose Ranked to count wins on the leaderboard, or Casual to play without pressure.
